Whether developing cutting-edge dApps, crafting compelling brand identities, or consulting on blockchain strategies, each raid offers the chance to showcase the guild’s expertise, build alliances, and gain renown.

The Spirit of Raiding​

Raiding is central to RaidGuild’s vision—a powerful blend of skill, purpose, and teamwork. Each raid assembles a team, or "party," of specialists who combine their talents to overcome challenges, align on objectives, and achieve extraordinary results. Every raid is a collective journey, with roles, expectations, and rewards that bring out the best in each member.

What to Expect from a Raid​

Each raid is structured to maintain clarity, ensure high standards, and provide fair compensation for contributors. As a RaidGuild member, you can expect:

  • Clear Roles and Responsibilities: Each raid party consists of members with specific roles, like Clerics (account managers), Monks (project managers), Warriors (developers), Archers (designers), and Rangers (researchers). Every member is accountable for their part in the quest.

  • Defined Objectives and Milestones: Raids are mapped out with goals, timelines, and milestones, ensuring that every party member understands the mission’s purpose and progression. These checkpoints help us stay aligned with client needs while allowing room for iterative improvements.

  • Reward and Recognition: Raiding brings rewards in multiple forms. Members are compensated in alignment with the project’s scope, and successful raids contribute to each member’s standing and reputation within the guild.

  • Client Collaboration: The client is considered a valued ally, integral to the mission’s success. By maintaining open communication and alignment, we aim to exceed client expectations throughout the journey and form long lasting alliances against Moloch!

Types of Raids​

RaidGuild embarks on a variety of raids, each focused on specific expertise:

  • Development Raids: Building dApps, smart contracts, and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Design Raids: Creating brand identities, UI/UX, and interactive prototypes.
  • Consulting Raids: Advising on strategy, tokenomics, and project architecture.

There is no limit to the size or style of quest!

The Path to Joining a Raid​

All RaidGuild members have opportunities to join raids based on their expertise and availability. New raid opportunities are posted in the #client-submissions channel on Discord. If a raid aligns with your skills, you can express interest, contact the Cleric, and potentially become part of the raid party.
