Discord Bots: Tools of the Guild
Within the Guild, we rely on several bots to streamline tasks, coordinate events, and verify members. These bots help keep the Guild hall running smoothly, allowing you to focus on what matters: your high quality contributions to the Web3 ecosystem. Here’s a quick guide to the bots you’ll encounter and how to interact with each.
Collab.Land
The Collab.Land bot grants roles and permissions by verifying your membership using your wallet. Guild members and Apprentices can unlock additional server access by linking their Discord account to their wallet.
Steps to Verify with Collab.Land:
- Unlock your wallet and set it to the Gnosis Chain network.
- Head to #🔓│verify-assets and click Let’s Go!
- Follow the bot’s instructions to connect your wallet.
- On the Collab.Land website, select Raid Guild and click Verify.
- Sign any prompted transaction in your wallet.
- Return to Discord and await confirmation of your server roles.
DungeonMaster Worker
The DungeonMaster Worker manages two different RaidGuild Discord bots: DungeonMaster and RaidGuild Guard.
The DungeonMaster bot handles the answering queries about DungeonMaster CRM data. It also interacts with CharacterSheets by allowing props tipping, cleric tipping, jester tipping, and attendance recording.
RaidGuild Guard welcomes everyone who joins the Discord server who is not a bot, and informs them to go to #unlock-channels to view public channels. If newcomers do not verify their account within a certain period of time, they are booted. RaidGuild Guard also handles vairious channel manipulation commands, such as allowing non-members to enter a private channel or sending a stale channel to Valhalla (our channel archives).

With these bots at your service, you’ll have the tools you need to navigate the Guild, communicate effectively, and stay in sync with fellow Raiders.
